Dr. Ashley Al-Izzi
In 2025, Dr. Ashley Al-Izzi became the proud owner of Hearing Specialty Center, bringing with her a rich and diverse background in audiology. Her professional experience spans private practice, a leading hearing aid manufacturer, a large multidisciplinary medical setting, and work as an educational audiologist. This wide-ranging perspective allows her to approach hearing healthcare with both technical expertise and deep clinical insight.
Dr. Al-Izzi chose to return to private practice so she could be more directly involved in shaping patient outcomes and providing the kind of personalized care that transforms lives. At Hearing Specialty Center, she blends evidence-based practices with empathy and innovation to help patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most.

Her passion for auditory processing disorders (APD) stems from a personal place—her own daughter was diagnosed with APD at age 11. This life experience sparked an interest in understanding and treating auditory processing challenges, and it continues to inform her approach to care.
When she's not in the office, Dr. Al-Izzi enjoys family dinners with her partner, Tony, and adventuring around the Pacific Northwest with her daughter, Enzo, and their spirited French Bulldog, Rosie. Favorite places include Cannon Beach, Stehekin, and Mt. Rainier National Park.
