Yamilet Martinez-Montes
Yami joined Hearing Specialty Center in 2023 and quickly became a valued and trusted part of the team. Known for her kindness, patience, and approachable nature, Yami is often the first friendly face patients encounter when they arrive — and the one they turn to when they need help navigating their hearing technology.
Yami has a natural talent for troubleshooting hearing aid issues and takes the time to ensure that every patient feels confident and comfortable with their devices. Whether she’s helping someone with connection problems, changing a battery, or simply understanding how their hearing aids work, Yami brings care and calm to every interaction.
A lifelong Washingtonian, Yami grew up in Everett, WA and has always called the Puget Sound region home. Her deep connection to the community shines through in the way she supports patients — treating everyone with the respect and attentiveness she would offer her own family.
Outside of work, Yami enjoys going to concerts, bookstores, spending time with her friends and family, and looking for her next favorite show.
