Who We Are

We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Hearing Specialty Center, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Our Hearing Professionals

Dr. Cherri Hoyden

Audiologist

Dr. Hoyden received her doctorate from Arizona School of Health Sciences, her Masters Degree from Western Washington University, her Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington and is a Clinical Associate with the University of Washington Speech and Hearing Department.

Phillip Inouye

Audiologist

We are excited to introduce our new Audiologist, Dr. Phillip Inouye. He is a graduate from the University of the Pacific, Doctor of Audiology program in San Francisco. He has worked in hospital and university settings since 2016 and specializes in the prevention, identification and treatment of hearing loss.

Laura

Office Manager

Laura grew up on the Eastside in Redmond. She spent 15 years traveling the US, living in multiple states, before returning to WA in 2016. Laura brings a wide range of experience to the team with 17 years background in Healthcare, Communications, Office Management, Bookkeeping and Handyman Services.

Yamilet Martinez-Montes

Audiology Assistant

Yami grew up in Everett, Washington and has lived in the area her whole life. She graduated from Mariner High School and shortly after moved the Bellingham to attend Western Washington University. Yami double-majored in Linguistics and Communication Sciences and Disorders
