Madisyn (Maddie)
Madisyn (Maddie) joined Hearing Specialty Center in 2025 as the Patient Care Coordinator and quickly became a reliable and welcoming presence in the office. Known for her warmth, organization, and thoughtful communication, Maddie plays a key role in helping patients feel at ease from the moment they call or walk through the door.
With a background in healthcare administration and a passion for patient advocacy, Maddie is dedicated to supporting each person through their hearing care journey. Whether she's helping schedule appointments, coordinating follow-up visits, or answering questions about hearing technology, she brings a calm and caring approach to every interaction. Her goal is to ensure that every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and personalized to the needs of each individual.
Born in California and raised in Oregon, Maddie now proudly calls Washington home. She's a big fan of fantasy and sci-fi — the geekier, the better — and a true movie buff. In her downtime, she enjoys crocheting cozy creations and baking delicious goodies, especially when she gets to share them with friends, family, and the team at the office.
