Marina Ronsse
Marina joined Hearing Specialty Center in 2024 and has quickly become an indispensable part of the team. As the first voice many patients hear, she brings warmth, clarity, and a calm, helpful presence to every phone call. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or coordinating follow-ups, Marina helps ensure each patient feels welcomed and cared for from the very first interaction.
In addition to managing the front desk with efficiency and grace, Marina is also responsible for handling all insurance billing and claims processing — a critical role she performs with precision and professionalism. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail keep the clinic’s schedule running smoothly and the administrative side of the practice in top shape.
Originally from California, Marina has lived in Washington State for over 14 years, where she and her husband raised their family. Her strong ties to the local community and her friendly, approachable demeanor make her a favorite among both patients and staff.
Outside of the office, Marina enjoys traveling, hiking and kayaking with her family.
